Policy

• Items are custom made. Please allow at least 3 to 6 days for completion and shipping of items. 
• Some items are not one size fits all. Please try to be as accurate as possible when measuring for your size. 
• If your custom item does not fit the first time. I will accept the item back to adjust it to the correct size free of charge. 
• If your custom item does not fit for the second time, I will accept the item back for a small readjustment fee of $5 plus a $2.99 reshipping fee. 
• All jewelry is copper wrapped. Please make sure that you do not have a copper allergy. 
• I do accept more elaborate custom orders. If this is needed please feel free to contact me via email. 
• Cash app is also a form of payment. Please email me if this payment is more convenient for you.
